Daily Schedule: LIVE SESSIONS FROM 1 to 4pm EST. In between or prior to the workshop, you will get a chance to review materials and prepare for sessions.

DAY 1: PUBLIC SECTOR OVERVIEW 

  • Hear an overview on the state of emerging technology across the government 
  • Develop a clear understanding of the government structure, budgets, and more  
  • Understand variations of procurement processes across state and local government 
  • Learn how to position your business for the public sector  


DAY 2: USE CASES, MESSAGING, AND MARKETING

  • Identify target governments, agencies, and programs for your technology 
  • Learn how to tailor your message and make your pitch applicable to the public sector audience

  • Examine project management methodologies to deliver successfully for public sector clients 
  • Assess the likelihood of success and apply for the follow on program to jump start your sales
